  Nasceu no Algarve mas viveu em Paris dos 2 até aos 30 anos. Desde 2004 dedica-se ao desenho e á pintura e fez várias exposições individuais e colectivas. Interessa-se pela expressão corporal e utiliza-a para exprimir as suas ideias.
Fez um estágio de 1 ano e meio no Centro de Arte Contemporânea Zefa, em Almancil, com Bota Filipe. Frequentou aulas de pintura com Fernando Grade na Sociedade Recreativa Artística Farense, durante mais de 1 ano e teve aulas de desenho com Paulo Serra durante 2 anos e meio. Participa num workshop de desenho no Palácio da Galeria em Tavira (Abr. a Junho 2008) com a Professora Armanda Duarte (Ar.Co) e este ano frequenta aulas de teoria da estética com o Pr. Manuel Rodrigues no Ar.Co. em Lisboa. Iniciou também este ano, aulas de Arte Contemporânea com Nuno Faria.
 Milita was born in the Algarve but lived in Paris until she was 30 years old. Since 2004 she has dedicated her time to drawing and painting and has participated in several individual and collective exhibitions in the Algarve. She uses human forms to express her ideas through drawings and painting.
She studied for a year and a half in “Centro de Arte Contemporânea Zefa” in Almancil with Bota Filipe. She took painting classes with Fernando Grade in “Sociedade Recreativa Artística Farense” for more than a year and had drawing lessons with Paulo Serra for two and a half years. From April to June 2008 she participated in a drawing workshop in Palácio da Galeria in Tavira with Armande Duarte from Ar.Co. and this year she is studying Aesthetic Theory with Manuel Rodrigo at Ar.Co/Lisbon. She is also commencing Comtemporary Arte Classes this year with Nuno Faria.
