Splash of Colour: A New Art Experience (Saturday 11th)

Grey is such a pity

The first of these new style art events will attract a broad audience. More than an art exhibition, the opening event – Saturday 11th – will feature a full day of entertainment - food, music, videos, theatre and a flamboyantly decorated gallery.   Refreshments / bar will be available from 11.00 am onwards.

This event will provide surprise, surrealism, stimulating all of the senses - sight, sound, taste, smell, touch. It will be a multinational event - readings in Portuguese, English, German. School children from São Brás will be participating in this event.

Marika Raake, Saroja van der Stegen, Anna Theuwees and Karsti Stiege will be showing their works. The photograph shown above, by Dutch photographer Constant, will also be part of the exhibition.
