Art Exhibitions:

• New Gallery
  • Roots, Trunks, Trees - with works by teachers from schools in the São Brás district (until 4th July)
  • Town & Country (from 1st August until 27th September)
• Museum Gallery
  • Art & Literature - works from the competition by the students from schools in the São Brás district (until 5th July)

  Museum Opening Times: Monday - Friday 10.00 am - 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm

  Please note that, due to various classes and other activities which take place at the Museum each week, the New Gallery only is normally closed for viewing between the following times:-

  Tuesdays 16:00 - 17:30; Wednesdays 10:00 - 12:00; Thursdays 11:00-12:30; and Fridays 12:00-13.00
