Tom and Lyndal Bale will shortly be starting 3 different weekly activities. On Mondays starting 15 October African drumming (17:00-19:00); World Songs/Free Singing (19:00-21:00) and on Fridays Circle Dance (15:00-17:00). (More information: http://TamCanDan.no.sapo.pt - in English and Portuguese).
Please note a change to the organisation of the Literature Group. The group will now be an ´open´group and will normally take place once per month on the 3rd Saturday (October being the exception, when it will meet on 27th). Further information: Claire 916 787 925.
On 18th October, the Athenaeum Club will have the first of its occasional sessions which will take a controversial issue to be debated in a formal style with proposers and opposers. If you have strong views on the subject of climate change come along and make your view known.

O grupo de discussão Ateneo irá continuar a promover debates. Ocasionalmente as sessões serão orientadas por defensores e opositores dos temas. Dia 18 de Outubro irá decorrer a primeira destas sessão. Se quiser partilhar a sua opinião sobre as alterações climáticas será bem-vindo.
